Many homeowners struggle to find an independent surveyor or building defects expert who is willing to inspect domestic building disputes, provide advisory reports, assess remedial works, or prepare court-facing expert evidence where appropriate.

The homeowner organises their contract, photos, defects, payments and timeline through Sue My Builder.

The platform helps prepare a structured summary so the expert can understand the project, defects, evidence and questions more quickly.
Suggested expert matches
Homeowners will be able to compare experts based on location, report type, experience, availability and cost information.
Direct engagement
If a homeowner requests contact, the expert and homeowner agree terms directly. Sue My Builder does not create the expert-client relationship.

We expect expert access to operate as a monthly subscription, rather than a per-lead referral fee. This keeps the model simple and transparent while allowing homeowners to compare available profiles before choosing whether to request contact.
